We can't accept any products once they've been printed with your design, logo or text. This might seem scary but don't worry, you'll know exactly how your product will look before you order with a free virtual proof. If it doesn't look right, you can make an update and once and only once you approve it, then we'll start the printing process. Plus, on certain products, you can ask for a printed sample with an additional fee.
At the moment, all sales are final unless there is a defect, in which case, we'll make it right and ship you a new one.
