We at PromoStadium stand behind our products. We will gladly accept any returns that has not been modified/imprinted or discontinued minus any re-stocking fees. All returns will be issued as a credit to your account. We do not return items based on delays by delivering companies if you have purchased time sensitive products. We make every effort to make sure we get your order right by providing the customer with proofs and samples. If customer waives such proof or sample, including pre-production sample due to any reason including a rush, we are not responsible and the customer must accept items as is.
