We at PromoStadium stand behind our products. We will gladly accept any returns that has not been modified/imprinted or discontinued minus any re-stocking fees and shipping fee incurred from the order within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be issued as a credit to your account. All returns/exchanges must have a tracking number associated with the package to confirm delivery. This will also allow us to follow up with the delivering company. We do not return items based on delays by delivering companies if you have purchased time sensitive products. Please make every effort to order ahead of time or place a rush on a order at the time of order and not after.
We make every effort to make sure we get your order right by providing the customer with proofs and samples. If customer waives such proof or sample, including pre-production sample due to any reason including a rush, we are not responsible and the customer must accept items as is.
